• Turnaround time for Gallery approx. 6 weeks (depending on seasonal workload)
• A sneakpeek on social media within a week or so of your wedding (depending on seasonal workload)

• TO SECURE YOUR DATE: we require a digitally signed Contract & $700 booking fee/deposit for weddings, easily arranged through our online client portal or Wise. Please note that the booking fee/deposit is non-refundable, however it is transferable to another date (if necessary).

• LOCATION/VENDOR FEES (If applic): Please note our packages do not include vendor fees: If your venue or getting ready locations are at an “All-Inclusive Resort” they may require you to pay them a Vendor Fee to allow your photographer access and permission to photograph you on their property.  (We do not benefit from this, this fee goes directly to your venue). Please note however, that  they sometimes waive their vendor fee if you have your photographer stay 2-3 nights at their resort at your group package rate instead (which usually works out to be much more cost effective especially for those of you who are having a wedding that is split between 2 or 3 days).  [For example: if your venue charges a vendor fee of say $1000 + meals per/day, if you pay for your photographer to stay 2-3 nights instead, this would already include all meals/permissions and may only cost a total of $1000 for the 3 days/2 nights.  Each venue is different but it is definitely worthwhile checking.
• *However, some venues do not charge vendor fees at all – like Private Villas, Boutique Hotels or Location only Venues.
• *We highly recommend checking with your venue before securing your date with them.

• SHOULD I GO WITH THE RESORT PHOTOGRAPHER TO SAVE ON THE VENDOR FEE? This is a big question for some couples planning a destination wedding because often resort wedding packages include their in-house photographer for free and then the resort may charge extra for the actual photos after. Here are some things to consider:  Who will actually be photographing my wedding? Are they experienced or is this their first day? Do they speak English? Will I be able to contact them directly before and after the wedding to discuss my preferences/likes/dislikes? Will they have a personal responsibility to edit and deliver my photos in a timely manner or do they just take the photos on the day, hand over the memory cards to the resort and let someone else take responsibility for them.  Will the resort show me two or three full galleries taken by the photographer who will be assigned to my wedding so I can see the quality not just of a few nice photos but the full day story? How many photos will they include in my gallery and how much extra do they charge for the images?  How do I access them? Do they use professional photography equipment and have various back up equipment if something stops working?  We understand how much time, effort and expense goes into a wedding and that is why most couples view photography as one of the most important investments to capture all of those details, emotions and memories and keep them alive for generations to come!
