From the moment we arrived at Hotel Xcaret Mexico, we knew this was going to be one of those weddings we'd be talking about long after the day was over. The morning was filled with excitement before they shared an emotional first look and private vows tucked away in the incredible caves. Then came one of our favourite moments of the entire day. The moment they were announced as husband and wife, they took off running barefoot down the beach—something Wendi had always dreamed of doing. It wasn't planned, it wasn't posed... it was simply pure joy. Those are the moments we live for.
As the sun set, Cuevas de Kayak transformed into one unforgettable celebration. There were heartfelt speeches, incredible food, nonstop dancing, hula hoops under the palm trees, and a dance floor that somehow just kept getting better as the night went on. Every part of the day felt relaxed, effortless, and completely true to who Wendi & Cale are together.
Their love story began with a chance meeting at a nightclub before falling in love during COVID, giving them what Wendi lovingly describes as their "teenage summer love" as adults. They're adventure partners in every sense of the word—whether they're snowboarding together, making each other laugh until their cheeks hurt, or chasing their next adventure. After a picture-perfect proposal in Lake Tahoe, choosing Hotel Xcaret to begin the next chapter of their story couldn't have been more perfect.

I searched outside the recommended on site photographer from our hotel/resort because I knew I wanted a more personalized, intimate experience on the best day of our lives!! To say Dream Bella Killed it is an understatement; not only did they take gorgeous photos, Amanda truly listened to me and knew exactly what I Wanted. While I did want amazing photos I wanted to enjoy my time with my family and friends, and she took that into consideration. She made photos feel natural and easy and even adjusted to us not wanting to walk further away for photos by the lighthouse, but instead pivoted to take pictures right in the beach post out Ceremony. Thank you Amanda for everything!! And if you’re reading this far down in this review, don’t hesitate! I did a good amount of research for photographers and Amanda felt the most in sync with us and the type of experience we wanted!”
